About the event
Fundraiser burnout is often treated as an individual wellness issue, but the research reveals a systemic leadership challenge and a strategic opportunity with cascading consequences for people, revenue, and mission impact. Drawing on her doctoral research—and weaving together honest stories, encouragement, and inspiration. Dr. Amanda Sattler will compassionately name what is hard while helping nonprofit leaders recognize the conditions that drive burnout. Participants will leave with practical tools and insights to protect their well-being, strengthen organizational resilience, and lead fundraising in ways that sustain both people and mission.
